    hmmm, first thing to check; is jquery.js excluded as well?

    Great, it works.
    Unfortunatelly the jquery script lowers the page insight and gtmetrix scores a lot. I think there’s no solution for this situation.

    that’s the problem with jquery plugins; some of them require to be loaded early on, but as they require jquery you have to have that in head as well. i steer clear form jquery whenever I can, but i can afford to on my own little blog 🙂
