Can you perhaps change the link on the Dashboard that encases the amount of users online to go to the actual Dashboard plugin page (/wp-admin/index.php?page=wp-useronline/wp-useronline.php), rather than to your stats plugin page (/wp-admin/index.php?page=wp-stats/wp-stats.php) which I do not have installed and don't want linked to. It doesn't make any sense to me to link it this way even if you have the stats plugin, I assume this was simply an oversight. I will of course make this change myself, but would rather not do it every time an upgrade is released. Cheers!

@skullbit: If I understand you correctly, you mean when you click on any users online it would bring you to the stats page which you have not installed?
If that is the case, it is my bad and an oversight, I have fixed it in the 2.31 development version. Just overwrite all the files http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-useronline.zip
