“Cimy user extra fields” & “login with ajax” in WP multisite

I’m running wordpress multisite. Before activating there was no problem in using both plugins(in the topic), but after activating the multisite, in the registration form(ajax login form) I can’t see the extra fields that I’ve added in cimy user.
