   Hey all - i'm totally new here and fairly new to wordpress.

   I have an ebook that i've written and want to promote on my website. I'm looking for an SEO friendly template that will also work with affiliate ads. so for the ebook i have 10 chapters - i'm not sure how to best organize this within the WP format. I have set up each chapter as a page. I'm wondering if there is a way to get the chapter links/titles to show in a 2nd or 3rd column so they show at all times? i can't seem to figure out how to do this in WP. I do not really want any of the standard "blog" aspects of WP - no blogroll, no contributers, etc. just want it to look like a regular website.

   I'd recommend using a plugin like All in One SEO Pack. Look for an ad-ready theme and check out this:
