Sidebars, widgets, bbpress panel

Hello.

I am novice in wordpress and HTML at all.
What I try to do is to have my page look exactly like this:

I added header widget bar, but it messed up everything and I was unable to undo the changes (Silly me. Now I make backups). Right now I am customizing “default” theme, but I’m stuck. To make forum I use bbpress plugin.

Any help?
