    Hi,

    First, sorry for the inconvenience,

    We have actually tested this version of the WP/plugin, so I’m assuming there is some configuration which we missed.

    Can you please send us the details of the issue (link to page where the problem happens & name of poll/account),

    Having same issue on a webpage I work on. Visual Editor is not working in Posts and Pages…

    We are trying to pinpoint this issue,would really appreciate if you can help us out.

    1) Which visual editor plugin are you using?

    2) Can you send us a screenshot/list of the active plugins/theme you are using so we can try and reproduce this issue in our environment

    Just to update on this one – we still haven’t been able to reproduce this issue. We will try to find an additional QA resource to help us out with it.

    In the meantime, the work around is to use the javascript code instead of the WordPress short code.

    Hi,

    We just released a fix that should resolve the issue.
    Saying that, we can’t test all the possible plugin/themes combinations, so would be great if you could validate it works for you as well.

    Hi Jan,
    Sure, I wanted to use the mattergo one, but couldn’t close the issue with it, I’ll add mattergo as a plugin auther (I’m assuming that will do the trick),
