Parabola presentation home page doesn't appear

I’m new to WordPress and to the Parabola template, and seem to have disconnected my presentation page from my home page. When typing in my domain name, aiscent.com, the presentation page appears, exactly as it should, but it is not associated with my home page. So when “Home” is pressed in the menu, a different page appears than the presentation page, and there’s no way after this to return to the presentation page. The static front page is set to “latest posts,” not “static.” The presentation page also does not have “home” associated with it in the browser tab, where the page designation appears empty prior to the hyphen. No doubt I’m doing something wrong that’s very basic, but haven’t been able to figure it out. Thanks for your help.
