Email notifications Major Problems!

Hi,

I am currently using the Zeeminty theme for my website http://www.fancypantscustomcakes.com.au

I have two contact forms set up
– contact form 7
– form manager (used for quote request submission)

Originally i had the emails set up to send to brooke082010@hotmail.com but need them sent to vanessa@fancypantscustomcakes.com.au

When i changed it all over the emails were not being recieved in the new email address. I tried using a SMTP plugin, but that makes all the forms unable to send and submit. Im 90% sure i had all the right details in for the smtp. I have had to deactivate all the contact forms as they are not being recieved.

if anyone can help that would be brilliant.
