Parabola home page lost

I’m new to WordPress and the Parabola template, and seem to have disconnected my presentation page from my home page. When typing in my domain name, aiscent.com, the presentation page appears, exactly as it should, but it is not associated with my home page. So when “Home” is pressed in the menu, a different page appears than the presentation page. The presentation page also does not have “home” associated with it in the tab, where the page designation appears empty prior to the hyphen. No doubt I’m doing something wrong that’s very basic, but haven’t been able to figure it out.
