    Hi there,

For some reason, the menu won’t work on my mobile site. When I touch the menu icon, nothing happens. I am guessing there’s some sort of plugin interference of some sort. In past versions of the plugin, there was a checkbox “Enable WPtouch Restricted Mode” that solved the issue. I can no longer find this option. How can I get the menu to work?

I have enabled “Use jQuery 2.0 in themes (faster for mobile devices) instead of WordPress’ version” and it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried deactivating plugins… Help!

As I begin to update WordPress on other sites that I own, the issue is spreading. You can see here how the menu doesn’t work: http://bucks.happeningmag.com/

    Any help would be appreciated.

If anyone else has this issue, I was using a plugin called Page Peel that was causing the menu not to work.

When the menu in the mobile theme does not function, it is a strong indication that there is a Javascript conflict in the WordPress installation.

To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data then test.

If WPtouch functions well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.

You may choose to replace the conflicting plugin with another or upgrade to WPtouch Pro which has a feature that will allow you to disable the conflicting plugin within your mobile theme but leave your desktop theme intact.
