Inefficient anti-spam measures

    I bought the pro version of this product and loved it, until I started getting hundreds of spam submissions each day. It is now useless.

    After letting the developers know, I was told to purchase the math question captcha. I was not given a price, or a link. I told them I didn’t feel I should have to purchase another product to make the original product I purchased work. They should update their product so users can utilize anti-spam measures that actually work.

    So, this product is great, but you will eventually get spammed and then it becomes useless.

    I apologize for my previous post, it is now inaccurate. I now see that the tech wasn’t aware that I already had the PRO version, so when they recommended purchasing it, they meant the PRO version with anti-spam support. They emailed me back shortly after I posted this and explained.

    In the past, I’ve had nothing but great support from Web-Dorado, and I’m pleased to see that this is still the case.

    I am unable to delete my prior comment, but I did want to clarify.

    Web-Dorado has provided me with great, free support for the free version, and the pro version of their product. My original post was incorrect, and unfortunate. There was a misunderstanding and I should have waited before posting that. They have once again provided me with awesome free support, and everything is going great. I’m sorry for any misinformation that I have caused. The free version, and the pro version of this plugin are both the best form maker plugins for wordpress that I have experienced.
