    Hello hope you can help.

I recently added your plugin and everything seems to be working fine except for the export. When I hit the export button nothing happens with no errors.

I have added listings through front-end, back-end, and with import tool with no issues. I added all the categories that I will be using and the output on the website looks good and is functioning.

The link to the website is http://64.86.220.169/~concept1/enterprisecbs.ca/business-directory/ and this is the page of the business directory. I added links to the BD info, the environment info, as well as a screenshot of my export settings.

I am hoping I can get this resolved without asking the client to go into phpMyadmin to spit out the data using a sql script. The sooner you could get back to me on this the better. If you need any more info please let me know.

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Can we get a bit more information from you first?
    – Version of BD?
    – Version of WP?
    – Version of PHP?
    – What are your exact export settings? (Screenshot would be best here, use http://imageshack.us if needed)
    – How many listings do you have?
    – Are your images also part of the export? Are they large?
    – Are you on shared, dedicated or VPS hosting?

I re-added the links to with plug-in. I gave the clients developer the sql code you have posted in your support form and hope that it works. I would still like to get the plug-in working as it is supposed to.

    Hi Matt,

The “resolved” marker is just something I use to determine whether the issue is responded to or not. Sometimes people never reply back, so it’s just a housekeeping thing. I will always respond if you do.

I still need the information to proceed further. Can you please provide that?

@manoj: That error indicates a file permission issue. You should contact your hosting provider and ask if they restrict the file permissions for your web server user in the uploads directory for WP.

    Version of BD?
    A) Version 3.3

    – Version of WP?
    A) Version 3.8.1

    – Version of PHP?
    A) Version 5.3.27

    – What are your exact export settings? (Screenshot would be best here, use http://imageshack.us if needed)
    A) I added links to the webpage of the url I sent before that had all the bd database, environment, and export settings earlier. The links are right above the business directory on that page.

    Either way the settings are:
Which Listings to export? – All
    Export images? – No
    Author Info – No
    Sticky/feature status – No
    Listing expiration date – No
    column Seperator – ,
    Image Seperator – ;
    Category Seperator – ;

    – How many listings do you have?
    A) I have 9 listings in there at the moment. They are just test listings so not important.

    – Are your images also part of the export? Are they large?
    A) I have export images turned off at the moment.

    – Are you on shared, dedicated or VPS hosting?
    A) Shared I think but to be honest it is on the clients dev server. And for whatever reason I can’t log into thier cPanel today.

link to BD info – http://64.86.220.169/~concept1/enterprisecbs.ca/?p=4841
    link to Environment – http://64.86.220.169/~concept1/enterprisecbs.ca/?p=4839
link to Export Info – http://64.86.220.169/~concept1/enterprisecbs.ca/?p=4840

P.S. with the export info i tried exporting with all settings on as well as off.
