How to position attachment list in a post

    I have following queries :

    1) I inserted the short-code mentioned, at the bottom of the post. But it
    overlaps on the part [ posted in …. ] when the post is opened. Is there
    any way to position / align the short-code while adding / editing? Am I
    using the short-code insertion in wrong way?

    2) Another thing is, when the attachment is clicked, it opens in the same
    page. Is there any option to define / set for opening the attachment in
    different window / tab?

    1) if could post a link to an example page and I can take a look I couldn’t tell you without it.
    2) No there is not a setting for the link to open in a new page and there never will be, sorry.
