Can no longer access my wp-admin

    After I activated Theme my Login I went onto another browser to test if I could login through wp-admin to access my dashboard and instead i was redirected to the login page from Theme my Login.

    The only way I was able to log back in to my dashboard was to deactive the plugin. Can someone help?

    I already tried setting all the redirects to default.
