   1. While staring at your blog > right-click > Show Source and read
   2. At the bottom of each admin page...

   You are running a hamster wheel. Damn.
   If you want to upgrade they have a plugin you can use and makes upgrading a sinche. Also

   Export

   your entries in the export option.
