Can adult sites on same server affect me?

    My host Godaddy put my true crime website on a server with dozens of adult sites. Can this affect me, i.e get me blocked from search engines due to ip?

    It’s possible, but highly unlikely. Google is smart enough to know that your site isn’t related to thse other sites, that you aren’t the owner of the other sites as well as your own, and that you’re on a shared hosting platform. While it is possible that there may be some really small issues, it’s nothing that I’d be concerned about.
