errors errors errors

everytime i put a recipe in I get 20 + errors, I need help. Second time I’ve asked for help no one answers. Here are the errors

Sorry to hear you are having problems. We’re also sorry that we weren’t able to reply to your previous email, sent earlier this afternoon. We’re a small development team so we have to balance time between emails and programming. It appears that you site is having a database permission problem. It’s keeping you from being able to create a recipe. Can you verify with your hosting company or web site manager if your user has full permission to create and update database tables?
