Widgets not showing

Hi,
I just updated the plugin and all my widgets disappeared from the page.
I have my widgets under responsive column widgets and pasted the shortcode: [responsive_column_widgets] onto the page but it only shows the message for no widgets (“No widget added yet.”).
And as soon as I try going into the settings of the plugin its the only thing that takes forever to load.
Please help! Much appreciated.
