    Hey –

    So I am trying to figure out your css and also the form display properties.

    I am currently working on the 5th version of my website and have already created a form that worked extremely well using my own php and databases… but now that I have found you & I would like to integrate the usage and functions with the plugin you created.

    Right now – I have the form built using your system on http://www.poeticera.com/cust/ & the form I used before you came around is on http://www.poeticera.com/custom-form/

    I would like the color field to have the dropdown with the colored background, and do not want
    or additional rows when I enter the checkboxes (as seen with ‘rush’ and ‘item requested’). I want the form to look like my original form.

    Hi,

    Kindly install the new version 2.0. This bug has been fixed here

    We have changed the way short-codes work now!

    So, old short-codes won’t work. You need to do the following :

    You just need to go to your Page/Post where you want to implement it and then above your Text Editor/ WP Editor, there would be a button called Contact Bank. Once you click on it, you can generate your short-code easily and quickly.
