So everything in your admin is white on white?
Did you install any plugins that may cause this issue?
Hi
I don’t think so as I have gone through and turned each of them off and makes no difference
Thanks
In general, the theme you use should have no impact on how your admin looks, but it’s worth checking — try switching themes and see if that makes a difference?
Does this problem occur in any browser you try?
Hi
Switching themes does not work. I am currently using safari, when I try Chrome I got exactly the same result. I have just tried IE and seems that the radio buttons and check boxes work in IE but text colour in the body of a post defaults to white
Thanks
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
Hi
I have done the following with no success
– Deactivate Plugins
– Switch to Default Theme
How do I reset the plugins folder?
Thanks
Hi
In a drastic move I have removed my WordPress install and started afresh
However this has resolved none of my issues
Any ideas?
Thanks
After reinstalling, did you clear all cookies and temp files, then restart your browser?
Apparently that’s what helped here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-admin-create-a-post-font-is-white-and-html-editor-disabled?replies=8
