colorbox does not work on cell phone

Colorbox works great on my desktop on chrome or IE, the box pops-up as many times as needed if fields are missing in the form, until it is successfully submitted, showing the box with green letters. But on my android the box pops up only the first time and if it needs to appear a second time a white screen comes up instead and I need to reload the page and start filling the form from scratch again.
