• Hello everyone,
    I get white screen when i try to connect to the (domain name)/wp-admin,
    so i cant remove the bad plugin.
    the domain name=the site is available.

    what can i do to remove the plugin?

  • Either from cPanel and its file manager at your host or with a program such as FileZilla and an FTP (or preferably SFTP) connection, go to your wp-content/plugins folder and either rename or delete the folder for the plugin you want to disable or remove.

    I’m a newbie in this…how can i get to plugins using the cPanel, and how do i cancel them? i’m in file manager now, i searched for the word “forum” and got some results

    I changed the name of the problematic plugin using file manager (public_html/wp-content/plugins) and refreshed the page, and still – the (domain name)/wp-admin is white screen

    I had another “forum” plugin that i renamed.
