Found my problem. Looks like I can only control the image that appears in Facebook with your free version.
The ‘Default Description’ for your plugin is pulling text from somewhere random on my home page and this is the description displaying in Facebook instead of the ‘Home Description’ I have outlined in All in One SEO when i attempt to link the home page in FB. http://radianconsulting.com.
I see the fix and that is to upgrade your plugin to gain access to that field and change it. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to do that right now – don’t have $40. Will need to find another plugin.

Unless your home page contains random content text, the description will not be random.
If your page is a static Post or Page, then you can use the excerpt to manage the description (the excerpt text takes precedence over the content text).
If your home page is an index, then the blog’s tagline will be used.
The Pro version has support for many 3rd party plugins, including All In On SEO, but you shouldn’t need that addon unless you want to use the descriptions you’ve defined in All In One SEO.
If you turn on debug mode from the Open Graph+ Advanced settings page, I can tell you how the description is being generated.
