No support for purchased product

Hi
I purchased this plugin 6 months ago and had great support in the past.
However, when i made the purchase i made it via paypal using my email address…which now is no longer valid and that particular paypal account is on hold [i have another one now]. I had emailed Ghozylabs and told them about the change of email address etc.
Ghozylab say they cannot find any information of the purchase even though i have sent through all the transaction/receipts copy of paypal including the Unique ID Transaction number.
In saying so, they are refusing to help because they cannot find it in their database! so now i’m stuck i have no idea what to do… i need the upgrade to this plugin and cannot get any support.
I don’t know what to do… i just want the plugin that i LEGALLY PURCHASED to work as it should.
I’m using the PRO version.
i’ll be quite happy to post the receipt here to show that i did purchase this plugin!
if someone could kindly help i’d truly appreciate it.
