Wich version of WooCommerce and WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping are you using?

Woocommerce 2.1.2 and APG 1.3.1
That combination is right.
Please, send to us a screenshot of WooCommerce setting (1st screen) and WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping.
Maybe do you have any wrong configuration.

Did you try to save again the WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping configuration?
We think that you need to update the country datas to the new WooCommerce, and when you save it again, the system update them.
Please, try it.

I’ve tried saving the settings now on every tab with country selection and still the same
I have the same problem. wc 2.1.2 & apg 1.3.1. I can send a screenshot if you really want one, but I’m pretty sure I have it configured correctly.
Ok. We have the solution 😉
Open WooCommerce -> Settings and change Selling Location(s) to specific countries and add your Denmark, Sweeden and United States configuration, save and try it… It works fine. Then you can change again the Selling Location(s) parameter to Sell to all countries, and it still working.
Please, try it. This fix work on our test.
We’ll update the WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping to fix a little error message detected with Sell to all countries configuration.

I had a similar issue. My shipping rates are only set for all foreign countries based upon their weight:
500|3.00|C1
1000|5.50|C1
1001|12.00|C1
I tried the workaround with the selling locations mentioned above, but I wonder if this bug will be fixed in the next version?
I want to charge shipping as this: $10 for the first Lb, and $5.00 for each after Lb, how do I do that? like this?
1|10|C1
2|15|C1
3|20|C1
4|25|C1
5|30|C1
Also, I am using the latest Woocommerce, there is no selection for APG from shipping method.

I had the same issue as Djdios and mokummusic and used this workaround to fix it:
Open WooCommerce -> Settings and change Selling Location(s) to specific countries and add your Denmark, Sweeden and United States configuration, save and try it… It works fine. Then you can change again the Selling Location(s) parameter to Sell to all countries, and it still working.
I just wondered, if this bug will be fixed in future releases?
