   Hello I was wondering why you don't make your sitemap generator make files that are more than 10MB/Has 50,000 urls in it split with the older posts in a second xml file. that way we can have all of our posts on google if the posts are over the limit.

   I agree with you. The plugin should be able to create several sitemaps : old articles would be stored in a sitemap that is not recreated after each posting while the sitemap of new postings would be refreshed.

   Sitemaps could have a limit of 1000 articles (or any value, up to the admin).

   Show me a real blog which has more than 50.000 posts and I will consider to include this feature :)

   I have a music news blog started in 2001 w/ about 58,000 posts I'm going to convert from phpnuke to wp soon and would like to have multiple maps. It would be much appreciated.
