  • Hi rgalsup,
Most likely you lost you admin rights. Can you send me a complete dump of your database to email whimba @ gmail.com?
I’ll check what is wrong with your user settings.

    Hi rgalsup,
Based on our email conversation, this is conflict with Absolute plugin. Can you please tell us if suggested solution helped you?

The problem I encountered was due to a conflict with Absolute plugin. There was not a problem with Advanced Access. Apparently both plugins cannot be activated and used at the same time.

Noteworthy is how quickly Vasyl responded to my request for help. From the time I posted my issue to a response was a matter of minutes. My solution resulted from two additional emails which were very timely as well. Thank you so much for you help.

    Hi Rodney,

This same thing is happening to me when I moved my site to WP Engine. I had to deactivate the plugin in order to login to the admin dashboard. What can I do to resolve this issue?
