Permissions on Mulitisite

    Ok, I found that I needed to add the permission ‘manage_options’, but this unfortunately gives the option to change a whole raft of settings.

    It would be ideal if a new permission could be added for this, or a if the permissions was changed to ‘activate_plugins’ as this seems to me to make more sense than allowing people to change core options.
