Upgrade my Premium version (and more)

    Thanks for a great plugin ..

    I ran with GLT in a small period of time, but have now decided to buy GLT-Premium.

    1)
    Then I deleted GLT through the control panel and installed GLT-Premium. But now the version number changed to Version 2.7. My old free version ran 3.01. How do I upgrade my Premium version to the latest version?

    2)
    Additionally, I have a problem where all my flag icons have disappeared. Any idea why this happened?

    3)
    When I insert GLT on my site using a widget, it is not possible to specify a headline. Is this an option that could be planned in future releases?
