    Dashboard > TML > Modules > check “Enable Custom Redirection” > SAVE

    Dashboard > TML > Redirection > select accordingly

    For me I changed the Subscriber level to “Referrer” but you may need to fool with this to fix your own problem. You can insert a custom URL too, if you want.

    This solved my problem of a member logging in and being sent to a 404 page.
