Upgrade to 2.5.1 woe !

Hi Been trying all day to upgrade to 2.5.

I have uploaded the all the new files

The config file is in the appropriate directory

And when I run the upgrade script I get

“There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file” – even though I know its there. So I upload the sample config sample thinking maybe its best to write a new one. As soon as I do that it recognizes the old one that it couldn’t find.

It can’t find either the upgrade or the install files though

any ideas?
