Clear shopping cart

Hello, I am using this plugin and it works great for online order etc. However, when the customer adds to cart and then orders, through paypal etc, the customer gets back to the webpage once the order is complete , the items are still listed under the user shopping cart. Is there a way to clear this if the order is completed or cancelled at checkout?
