Change SEO descriotion for woocommerce product categories?

    Hi,

    I can not seem to find a way to change the description for product categories that is supplied to search engines. i have some hidden text that only shows up when you are logged in, and it is being indexed by google. i need to change this description but leave the hidden text in.

    any way to do so?

    Hi ddjg,

    Which e-commerce plugin are you using and does it use Custom Post Types for products?

    i use woocommerce as the title states, not sure about custom post types?

    Hi ddjg,

    In that case go to All in One SEO, General Settings, Custom Post Type Settings and make sure that Products is checked. You can also check Products under Display Settings as well if you like. You’ll then see the All in One SEO Pack fields when you add or edit a product in WooCommerce.

    Thank you, but i am trying to edit the “product category” not the product itself. there are no fields there that i can see.

    Ahh sorry, you are correct. We do not have support for custom taxonomies yet. Full support will be available very soon.
