Scheduled posts posting straight way but with future date

I seem to be having a really weird issue all of a sudden. I’ve been scheduling posts for as long as I can remember and never really had any issue with it, except the occassional missed one, but lately it happens quite often that a posts gets published with a future date.

So I create a post and put it on date X in the future and it still publishes straight away. When I check my site the post shows up but with the published date in the future…

Anyone have that issue and know how to solve it? I’m also using WPML translate plugin so not sure if that is connected but thought I mention it. My blog is http://simoneskitchen.nl
