can't log in?

I used hosting from go daddy from when I had my other site. I installed wordpress from go daddy’s end

I’m trying to log into the dashboard page:

any ideas???

I have tried that.

When I click “forgot your password” on the dashboard page, and enter either my username or email associated with the account it says it’s invalid. I have no idea what other username or email it would ask for.
