Save Gallery button won't work

I am trying to create galleries through the Photocrati Gallery/Album option on my site. I can create a page, edit, select the Add Images button to create a gallery, upload a selection of images, but when I attempt to select the Save Gallery button, it does not do anything. The cursor will show the focus is on the button, but the button acts dead.
I can only X out and lose the gallery.
I did not have this problem when I originally created the site, but I started over and now cannot use the Save Gallery button.

Why and how do I get some support on this?
