Deleting plugin but ratings still showing

Hi there,
I am trying to improve my site speed so wanted to delete the plugin completely to see if this helped, but having deleted it I still see old ratings on the page (though can’t rate on other posts that haven’t had a previous rating) when I am logged out of my site.
Though when I am logged in there is no ratings.
Help!
