Can you send a screenshot of the blank message box? It’s not supposed to be blank, but it’s telling me that the FirstData API sent back an error of some kind that isn’t handled by the plugin, that’s the only reason you would get a wp_die()
error message.
I am suspicious that a) it may be a login issue, and b) that our error handler isn’t catching it.

Here’s a link to the form in production. When I was in demo mode and had the wrong credentials I was getting a different result. There was a message in the box… I forget what, but there was something there.. that’s why I think this is something different. The client is going to test it with a real card which I’m hoping will work. But in the meantime I am torubleshooting what happens when a transaction is declined… Here’s the link:

You can just fill it in with bad information to see the empty error box. Any help would be great. Thanks!
Please send a screenshot as I don’t want to interfere with your production environment. You can use a service like http://imgur.com/ Make sure you include the URL if you can.
We can start there and if I need more info we can get on email, etc to find out what the bug is.

Like I said, when it was a problem with the user account, we got a message indicating so. This blank window is confusing. Any help would be great. Thanks!
Thanks for the screenshot. I do not know what is causing this bug, what kind of card (Visa, Mastercard, etc) are you using that lands you on this bug?
From what I understand, you are not in demo mode and you have your Gateway and password setup with a LIVE account, correct? You are then running a card (need more info) and getting this blank message, but when you run the same card in demo mode it goes through to the demo account just fine?
Things I am wondering about:
When you run it as a demo is the gateway/password the info for a real demo account? And, when you switch off demo, are you changing the gateway/password to a LIVE account?
Another thing is your Virtual Terminal setup on the live account…
I’m having this same problem. Transactions go through fine. But if there is a problem with the Card (i.e. Card Declined, etc.) it just redirects to a blank white box on a grey screen.
I am currently working on the next version of the plugin. I did encounter this error (blank white box).
Either you are testing locally (which the plugin will not work unless FD can connect back to the IP of the requesting host), or the credit card information is being entered wrong.
I will have the error messages for this fixed in the next version.
Can you confirm that this is working in the latest release?
