    They need to sign. Each question is a post and WP requires that you have a user assigned to each post. We also use WP spam system to check the question and for that we need an email address

    If each question is a post, why don’t I see them under my post listings in WP? Just curious. Are all the questions and answers in my own WP database or are they stored at the Plugin creators site?

    Lastly, I assume you just add a standard WP sign in widget to let someone create an account.?

    @lestexas60: I thin I have the answer. I do not yet have CM Answers installed but I have been researching it. The plugin author told me that the Questions are Custom Posts while the answers and comments are WP comments.

    As for having to sign in to post a question, that seems to be no longer necessary (in the paid version I’d think) as there is a plugin created just for this:
