   I noticed that the plugin does not post on delicious when scheduled posts become available. If I want to post on delicious I need to un-publish then re-publish the post.

   I use it myself on scheduled posts and it is intermittent on them. No sure why, but then scheduled posts on WordPress are sometimes a bit hinkey themselves.
   You shouldn't have to unpublished the post to resubmit it though, it is submitted on save if the post is published, so just saving it should work.
