Why
on_sent_ok:
“location.replace(‘http://www.examle.co.il/thanks.php’);`
rather than
on_sent_ok: "location = 'http://www.examle.co.il/thanks.php';"
as shown in instructions at http://contactform7.com/redirecting-to-another-url-after-submissions/
Could be Javascript Conflict as well – see Contact Form 7 Email Issues – there is a link there that covers Javascript Conflicts.

Hello Achuwoky
Its specific case for each script, i cant know exactly what is the Javascript Conflict in your site but i suggest to you to turn off all your plugins that user javascript or jQuery also delete javascript or jQuery from your site if you have and then try to send the form.
then turn on one by one the plugins and each time try to send the form.
@pey22 – Glad you found that Javascript Conflict and solved your problem.
Great to see you note that Javascript Conflicts can also occur with your WP theme as well as other plugins. We are seeing quite a few Javascript Conflict issues in this Forum that are caused by poorly written themes.
