  • Probably right after:

    <?php if ( !ot_get_option('site-description') ): ?><p class="site-description"><?php bloginfo( 'description' ); ?></p><?php endif; ?>

    If you want it to the right in header. You probably need to add a div around it and some css to position it correctly.
