• Hi!

Before i launch my blog, i wanted to make sure it’s viewable on both desktop and mobile. I have installed wp touch plugin but since the users have the option of switching between mobile and desktop, i want the desktop version to be viewable on mobile devices.

My issue is if i go to the desktop version with my iphone, the site title goes out of the screen so you can only read part of it.

    How can i fix this??

    Thank you !

  • Yes, I just discovered this same problem, too for the same reason! It works well on a computer screen, and works more or less on an iPad, but not on an iPhone.

Something else I discovered: The Header Title does not shrink with each device platform as the header photo does. Therefore, on a computer screen, the Header appears normal. On an iPad, the header graphic is shrunk, but the Header Title now takes up abut ⅔ of the screen width. On an iPhone, the header image is shrunk considerably (too much, I think) and the Header Title is so long it doesn’t fit on the screen.

I can’t use Expound if it won’t work consistently across platforms. Too bad. I really like this layout.

    Please help! Thanks!!!
(PS I would put a link to my site, but I’m trying on different alternative templates at this point, so it may not be there if someone checks. I think the description by Cyberestheticienne and myself should suffice. Thanks!

But instead of modifying the style of a background image, you may want to modify the text styles so the title fit in a smaller screen.
