Issue with customizing theme

    I have an issue where when I try to use the Customize option to customize a theme, the entire page hangs and it is impossible to edit anything.

    I am noticing this issue in the latest WordPress only. I am not sure though whether it is a WordPress issue or a hosting issue (I use bluehost).

    Would appreciate others trying this out and letting me know how it works for them.

    One question comes to mind: from where are you trying to access the customizer?

    The next question, though almost cliche, would be if you have tried to use a default theme or have tried deactivating all plugins to see if the issue remains.

    The more information you are able to provide us with the more we might be able to help you out with. Like what steps have you taken, what things you’ve tried. 🙂
