error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

when posting a quastion or trying to display a quastion i get this error

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

i can see the categories and the main pages. and the quastions are send to the server but i get an error anyway and cant view the quastion page.
