Plugin Doesn't worl on my site and no one responds to support queries

    the Crossword creation software is good and easy to use and I would be happy to pay the $50 dollers if the plugin actually worked or the company that provides it supported it in any meaningful way.

    Who did you email? We do always answer emails (however recently there have been problems with spam mis-indentifiaction from our server, so it’s possible that you did get a reply but simply did not receive it because of your own spam filter or server-side spam filters.)
