Cant send message

    I made a Contact form on my own Webserver, and then I copied it over to another site, but there it was impossible to send the contact form. It always said:
    The message could not be sent. Please try again at a later time or inform the administrator of the website.

    I have no idea, how to fix it, any body ideas?
