I installed WP 3.8.1 completely new. I installed HTML5 jQuery Audio Player only! I created one page only with [hmp_player] inside. And it doen’t work with IE8 (WindowsXP). I search a solution for IE8 urgently.

Sorry Eckard, as per the plugin description, only IE9+ is supported. More info in FAQs, and in the plugin documentation here
