The related posts in the sidebar looks to be the widget from my plugin which leads me to believe that you must have dragged it out there sometime because the plugin doesn’t auto add widgets to the sidebar.
Do you have problem with any other widgets? Is it possible to test with another theme temporarily?
Strangely enough, the related posts in the sidebar is your plugin, but it doesn’t appear in my widgets in the admin. I was gonna send a screenshot, but oops can’t do that. Is there any way I can do that?
I have another option as well. I’ll ask at my WP meetup tomorrow, maybe they can help me figure this out.

The WP Meetup is a good idea, especially if you can show the admin area to somebody out there.

Haven’t tried to change themes yet, but as you can see, the sidebar doesn’t show your plugin, just the popular posts plugin.

What happens when you drag the Related Posts widget in the left section to the sidebars?
And, What is the TEXT widget above the popular posts widget?
