I think the Adminer view on your screenshot is different to the default style, there I maintenand.
Maybe you don’t load the stylesheet, check the console of a browser, like with FireBug oder in Chrome (F12) of a ressource is lost.
Maybe a cache topic? Refresh the screen.
Also the question, is this the WordPress plugin Adminer or the Adminer default solution, without WordPress integration?

I’m using the WordPress plugin. I would like to go to the previous version because it was working fine with my setup. But now also older version is not working properly.
I’d like to uninstall Adminer completely & then reinstall it. But I couldn’t find tables created by Adminer in my database.
Can you please tell me what to delete in DB to completely uninstall Adminer?

Adminer have no data inside the database, no settings. Delete the plugin via WP back end or via FTP, the completely folder.

I have the same problem, but I always see Adminer without CSS. I think this is due to one of the installed plugins. Perhaps it BetterWPSecurity. Any ideas?

I’ve updated my theme to its latest version and now it is working fine. I think it was a jquery issue, maybe you also have an old version of jquery.

It is very often a problem with old themes and plugins. The best way is to see inside the console of your browser for problems.
